Long Term Storage Services

Moisture, contamination and electro-static discharge can all damage or impair the quality of components that go into high reliability systems. Channel One storage centers provide environmentally controlled conditions to prevent moisture and other ionic contamination and to hold parts in time capsule conditions for long term preservation. All parts are monitored and logged for environmental and security conditions to ensure that irreplaceable components are safeguarded.

Inspection, Extended Testing and Contaminant Cleaning

All products are inspected for quality on receipt by Channel One. This inspection provides a baseline for product quality prior to storage and an effective screen to ensure long term quality acceptance. In addition, specialized component services such as extended temperature testing, RoHS verification, and contaminant cleaning are available prior to long term storage.
